- This declaration is valid for pile burning only  and is not valid for broadcast or agricultural burning.

Important Information
Burn Permits are required for any open burn and are available through your local forestry or fire protection agency office. Please read and understand all of the conditions when accepting a burn permit.
Hazard reduction burning may be suspended at any time due to fire danger declared by local fire departments. It is your  responsibility to determine if burning has been suspended in your area. Unauthorized burning will be in direct violation of the law and violations will be cited.

Is hazard reduction burning authorized in my county?
Counties where the local fire agencies have declared start of fire season will remain a "NO" declaration throughout the period. Contact your local fire agency to determine if fire season has started in your area.
