The meeting will be held via video teleconference with the Central Region Office (Fresno), the Northern Region Office (4800 Enterprise Way, Modesto, CA 95356), and the Southern Region Office (34946 Flyover Court, Bakersfield, CA 93308).

Members of the public may participate in-person at any of the above referenced locations or remotely via Zoom webinar. Any member of the public may address the Governing Board on matters within the Board's jurisdiction during the applicable public comment period. Comments are limited to a maximum of three minutes per speaker but, for good cause, the Chair may amend the time limit. For those planning to participate remotely, please follow the instructions below.

Attention is called to the fact that the Board is prohibited by law from taking action on matters discussed that are not on the Agenda.

RDING STATUS OF VACANCIES AND RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION EFFORTS - The District is required under AB 2561 (McKinnor) to annually hold a public hearing on its vacancy data and hiring efforts. The purpose of this item is to present the District’s vacancy report, and provide an overview of recruitment and retention strategies.
