Members of the public may participate in-person at any of the above referenced locations or remotely via Zoom webinar. Any member of the public may address the Governing Board on matters within the Board's jurisdiction during the applicable public comment period. Comments are limited to a maximum of three minutes per speaker but, for good cause, the Chair may amend the time limit.
