Maximum Funding: Up to $20,000 per vehicle, with a limit of $100,000 per agency per year.

This component provides match assistance funding for land use and community development projects that reduce vehicle use and emissions through enhanced walkability and increased use of zero and near-zero emission transportation options.
Maximum Funding: Up to $3,000,000 per project, up to 50% of the total project cost, with a limit of $3,000,000 per agency per funding cycle.
The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (District) is currently seeking proposals from public agencies for alternative fuel infrastructure projects that have the potential to provide broad benefits to San Joaquin Valley residents and to assist the District in meeting its air quality goals.
