2016 Plan for the 2008 8-Hour Ozone Standard

Adopted Plan Documents

The District’s Governing Board approved the 2016 Plan for the 2008 8-Hour Ozone Standard on June 16, 2016. The comprehensive strategy in this plan will reduce NOx emissions by over 60% between 2012 and 2031, and will bring the San Joaquin Valley into attainment of EPA’s 2008 8-hour ozone standard as expeditiously as practicable, no later than December 31, 2031. The adopted plan is presented below.
