2011 Healthy Air Living Bilingual Kids’ Calendar — The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District produces a Healthy Air Living Bilingual Kids’ Calendar each year. The District currently is seeking bids for the graphic design of the calendar. The 28-page calendar – January 2011 to January 2012 plus front and back cover – features 14 full-page, landscape-oriented drawings by Valley student artists in grades K-12. All copy, including front and back cover copy and logos, will be provided by the District.
Bids for the project are due Friday, Aug. 20.

The San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District (District) is seeking a qualified Contractor to establish a new air monitoring station at a proposed District site near the northwest corner of the Bakersfield Municipal Airport in Bakersfield, California.
Bids for the project are due May 17, 2010.

Lawn and Garden Equipment Replacement Program - The District is
seeking proposals from qualified retailers to partner in
implementing the Lawn and Garden Equipment Replacement Program.
Through this program Valley residents will exchange operational gas
powered lawn mowers for new cordless electric units at a reduced
price to the consumer.
Bids are due June 30, 2010.

Service for Particulate Matter -
The District is requesting proposals for providing source testing for PM10, PM2.5, PM2.5 condensables, and TSP located for equipment located in the District. Source categories may include but are not limited to internal combustion engines, boilers, steam generators, glass melting furnaces, and turbines.
