  • The District is currently seeking proposals for the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software system. We have engaged with expert consultants to guide us through this process. Interested vendors are invited to thoroughly review the provided RFP documentation. As part of your submission, please complete the accompanying response spreadsheet, which will aid us in evaluating your proposal effectively.   • Request for Proposals (RFP): Architect Lobby Remodel - The District is seeking proposals from a qualified Firm to provide Architectural services at San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District's property at 1990 E. Gettysburg Avenue, Fresno, CA 93726. Interested qualified Firm is requested to provide a full proposal for the redesign of a new lobby. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a formal agreement with the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control for the purposes of completing the specified work according to this RFP.   • Request for Proposal (RFP): The District is requesting proposals from eligible entities to implement Urban Greening projects in the Shafter AB 617 Community. The Urban Greening Request for Proposal (RFP) will provide a total grant amount of up to $50,000 to the selected applicant(s) that can demonstrate the ability to efficiently and effectively implement greening projects by working with the community to reduce emissions and to provide several key co-benefits.

  • Request for Proposal (RFP): The District is requesting proposals from eligible entities to implement a Car Sharing project in the Shafter AB 617 Community. The Car Sharing Request for Proposal (RFP) will provide a total grant amount of up to $500,000 to the selected applicant that can demonstrate the ability to efficiently and effectively reduce emission from passenger vehicles by launching an electric car sharing program in the Shafter community.

  • Request for Proposals (RFP): Video Teleconference System Upgrade - The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District is seeking proposals to upgrade the District's current Video Teleconference (VTC) system. Complete details, including the evaluation process and timelines, are listed in the solicitation. Proposals are due 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 10, 2023.



  • Request for Proposals (RFP): Solar Electricity Project
    The District is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to supply and install a solar photovoltaic (PV) system and apply new spray polyurethane foam roof at our Fresno office. Interested solar project companies/contractors are requested to provide a full proposal for the development of a solar PV system with a complete new spray polyurethane foam roof. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a formal agreement with the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control for the purposes of completing the specified work according to this RFP.

  • Request for Proposals (RFP): Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure - The District is seeking proposals from qualified contractors who can supply and install electrical vehicle charging equipment (EVSE) for plug-in electric vehicles (PEVs) at three (3) SJVAPCD regional offices, located in Bakersfield, Fresno, and Modesto, California. Contractors will need to provide and install EVSE, according to specifications, at all three (3) District locations. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a formal agreement with the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control for the purposes of completing the specified work according to this RFP.

  • Request for Quotation (RFQ): For Organizations to Assist with Facilitation and Support of Inclusive, Multi-Stakeholder Steering Committees under AB 617. The San Joaquin Valley communities of South Central Fresno, the City of Shafter, Stockton, and most recently Arvin/Lamont have been selected as communities of focus under Assembly Bill 617. Community participation and engagement has been and will continue to be critical to the development and implementation of successful Community Emissions Reduction Programs and Community Air Monitoring Plans, and the District is looking for a facilitator(s) who will work to foster active community partnerships toward this end.  Quotations are due Friday, July 9th, 2021 by 4:00 PM.

  • San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a technology upgrade to our current Telephone System. The RFP outlines the District’s requirements and expectations for the project.

    A Bidders conference is scheduled via Zoom on June 11, 2021 at 2:00 PM Pacific Time and allows vendors to ask questions and get clarifications about the RFP/Project. Vendors who wish to respond to this RFP are strongly encouraged to attend, please respond with your intention to attend with your company name, your name and role by Wednesday, June 9, 2021. A Zoom meeting invitation will be e-mailed to you prior to the bidders conference.

  • Request for Qualifications (RFQ): Restaurant Charbroiler Technology Partnership - The District is accepting applications for technology pre-screening to determine eligibility for funding to demonstrate emissions reduction technologies on under-fired charbroilers in the San Joaquin Valley.
