  • Request for Proposals (RFP): Advertising and Marketing Agency Representation for Comprehensive, Multi-lingual Public Outreach Campaigns. The Valley Air District is seeking proposals from highly qualified full-service advertising agencies with proven work experience in the San Joaquin Valley to develop and execute the District’s annual advertising campaign in the three major media markets of the San Joaquin Valley. Proposals are due Friday, February 26th, 2016 at 5:00 PM.

  • Request for Proposals (RFP): Implementation of a Structured Cabling System for Communication Services. The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District is seeking proposals to upgrade the District's Fresno Office Data and Voice Cabling. Complete details, including the evaluation process and timelines, are listed in the solicitation. Proposals are due 5:00 p.m. Monday, July 27, 2015.

  • Request for Proposals (RFP): Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure - The District is seeking proposals from qualified contractors who can supply and install electrical vehicle charging equipment (EVSE) for plug-in electric vehicles (PEVs) at three (3) SJVAPCD regional offices, located in Bakersfield, Fresno, and Modesto, California. Contractors will need to provide and install EVSE, according to specifications, at all three (3) District locations. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a formal agreement with the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control for the purposes of completing the specified work according to this RFP. Deadline to submit bids is 5:00 PM on Monday, September 8, 2014.

  • Request for Proposals (RFP): Technology Advancement Program - The District is seeking proposals for projects demonstrating new and innovative emission reduction technologies that have the potential for broad applicability in the San Joaquin Valley, and will assist the District in meeting its air quality goals. Proposals are due August 15, 2014.

  • Request for Qualifications (RFQ): Restaurant Charbroiler Technology Partnership - The District is accepting applications for technology pre-screening to determine eligibility for funding to demonstrate emissions reduction technologies on under-fired charbroilers in the San Joaquin Valley. Applications must be submitted by June 7, 2014. Applications submitted after the deadline may be eligible, but might not be able to take advantage of full funding or District outreach to potential Hosts. RFQ | Attachment - Application
